I hope it tasted as good as it looks - it can't really be jelly and almonds, surely? So, what is/was it?

At first glance I thought it was watermelon, but after I got a better look it looks like @!?*ZZZzz? Strawberry jello with bugs on top.
Is it a close-up of Turkish Delight with pine nuts? Or should we be thinking outside the square?
Looks like a strawberry to me :) I bought a kilo for $5 at the markets in Brisbane yesterday and we had strawberries and icecream for dessert last night. Yum!

Maybe I'll keep you going a while longer. In the meantime, can someone come up with a background colour suggestion that is not quite so offensive as this green??
Oh dear, on two counts. First of all, the "lunch" looks like something you'd find under a microscope in Year 11 Biology. And second, what happened to your last color which was so pleasant to the eye?
