Sounds like a definite case of Unfair Dismissal to me. After all, did management specify the size of the cups? I thought not.

Could get messy! But fun too!
I've organised and attended a few rather 'hairy' company picnics! The following day there'd be a lot of sore muscles, grazed elbows and knees (from cricket games and touch-football...not for 'censored' activities!). Together with all the battle scares, a few hang-overs would be added to the sad-sack lot! But a good time was had by all!
I think there be a few sore heads with cups that size lol
