The new hedge

And this is the hedge out the front of the house (see previous post). The birds nest is up the top. Yes, it looks ridiculous, but what could I do? I didn't want to knock it down because that would be a few less native birds - and the Indian mynas are doing an excellent job of decimating the native bird population without my support. Posted by Picasa

You know what most people won't even notice and if they do tell them it is a bird santurary.
Nice picture of the nest. Good luck to those birdies.

I love a good hedge regardless of the bird life. Just a little snip, snip and it would shape up beautifully. I probably missed the point of your post but Your hedge is beautiful.

That's a very pretty colored bloom on your bush. So, what if you left that high spot on your bush...it was for a very good reason.

Happy Easter Tanya! I just stopped by to ... TAG you! (sorry) Hey... blame it on Flip Flop Floozie! SHE tagged me! LOL! Stop by my blog and get the assignment -- it's not too painful! :)

And... that's a beautiful bush - and if I were the birds I'd be happy to live there too! I would leave them be also!
